feel what the brain has recently been the loss actually be able to feel a blank. Need something to fill

not suddenly thought of myself a year to buy a few books. Even if it is a Youth Digest .
time I shop and go to something
can not give yourself room for even the slightest , they themselves would make up a reason to comfort themselves. Just looking for an excuse
